Not much is known of Relvo. He is the mysterious leader of the Shadowlord cult hiding in the depths of the Yew forest. What he seeks is unknown, but he has been heard of speaking about beings called the Shadowlords, the very same name he has named his cult to. His magic is known to be powerful, as he has been able to confront Nystul.
