A mysterious man who is said to age backwards in time. No one knows where he resides, or what he exactly is. It is said that he holds great knowledge and wisdom, yet he is often only a observer. The rare times when he takes action, he influences people rather than take direct action himself.
It is presumed he has visited Lord British, as a book written by "Sherry the mouse" suggests. The book claims that the Time Lord has instructed Lord British how to unite all the shards of the gem together. Some also speculate that the Time Lord had something to do with Lord British leaving the realm.
The Time Lord has not made any public appearances and he is more of a legend, than a true person to citizens of Britannia.
