Zog Cabal was also known as the Followers of the Armageddon. They were a cult known to worship the man who at the begining of the time was given the spell of Armageddon by the wisps. The spell effects created the world of Sosaria by destroying everything and re-shaping the land to as it looked like before the destruction of the Gem of Immortality. The cult made itself known for the first time at a funeral of a known weapons trainer at Trinsic. Since then, these strange cultists were spotted more and more often causing trouble. To our misfortune, our king, Lord British did not at fist consider them other than a minor disorder. It was also a well known fact that the spell of the man they worshipped had been lost forever, at least so did Britannians think.

As the investigations progressed and the cabal issued more threats, it was discovered that the cultist were indeed close to find the spell of Armageddon. Many tried to prevent them from recovering the spell and reagents needed for that, but with the help of some wisps the Cabal was able to find the spell, and eventually even find part of the reagents needed. Luckily something went terribly wrong with the attempt of casting, and spell partially failed. Britannia suffered from series of earthquakes which raised a hidden continent in far east of Britannia. These lands became to be known as the lost lands. The action of the cabal finally caused Lord British to take action against the cult. He held an inspirating speech to the people of Britannia about the Cabal:

"Hail citizens, friends?. Fellow Britannians. 'Tis with an angry heart that I speak with thee tonight. For We Have Been Betrayed!!! The entire realm.. every living creature, great and small? Betrayed! We face dangers each day. We are not cowards to cry out at the first sign of hardship. But the Zog Cabal hath gone too far! By attempting to cast the Armageddon spell, they have shown their true face. They mean ill to the entire realm. To each and every one of us. Though their motives remain a mystery, there can be no doubt as to their willingness to try again. And with any future attempt, the Zog Cabal will at best learn better how to correct their mistakes? at worst, render Britannia a total wasteland. With this dread knowledge comes responsibility. Responsibility that none dare ignore. The Zog Cabal and every being who claims membership with this fell company are enemies to us all! Thus I ask all Britannians to aid in the search for the Zog Cabal. Seek ye any sign. Any clue. Aught at all which may assist us in finding the lair or leaders of the Zog Cabal. Any member of the Cabal who is captured should be brought to the Court of Truth in Yew where they will be thoroughly questioned. With the Virtues to guide us, I will have every Zog Cabalist brought to justice! Their fates will be tempered by Honor and Compassion, but they will threaten our lands NO LONGER!! Suffer not the indignity of such vile fellows and ye will be stronger for it. Allow them to persist and prosper, and we all weaken. With the colonisation of lost lands with the lead of the hero CrawWorth, two cities were founded: Papua and Delucia. After Lord British announched the Cabalists outlaws the hunt began, a hunt which lead to imprisoment or death of the leaders of the cult. The grandmaster of the cult was discovered to be an old sage, for some unknown reason his name was not either discovered or told to public. With the capture of the leaders of the cult the threat was eliminated and the cult destroyed. There were few rumours that the true leader of the cult was never captured and that Lord Blackthorn would have been involved. Also some say that the cult still exists, in a smaller, unseen form. But in lack of evidence I advice that these foolish rumours are to be put in rest.
