An older man at his late 40's or early 50's. His hair and beard is silver grey and his face is weary. Most noticable
feature in him is ice cold blue eyes. He often wears a black floppy hat that lays a shadow over his face.

He speaks in soft but demanding voice. Richard also feels somewhat cold person, as he silently observes the situation.
